Abec v0.13.0 (Full Node)
🌐 Node Types and Storage Requirements
You can run the “abec” Abelian node in three different modes:
- Fullnode: Stores all ledger data and auxiliary data, requiring over 750GB.
- Semifullnode: Stores ledger data and the latest auxiliary data from a checkpoint, needing around 177GB.
- Normalnode: Stores ledger data and the latest 2,000 blocks of auxiliary data, requiring about 113GB.
AbeWallet V0.13.1
🔄 Wallet Re-Import Recommended
For a smoother experience, we recommend all CLI wallet users to re-import their wallets from the 24-word mnemonic lists. This will refresh your local wallet database and minimize unexpected issues.
Here’s how to do it:
- Remove the Abewallet data folder (e.g., for macOS, it’s located at `~/Library/Application\ Support/Abewallet`).
- Run `abewallet` again with the “ — create” option.
